Agreement:

By purchasing this zine and any products you are acknowledging that you are 18 years or older, or have a parent's permission. You understand that this is a zine featuring BTS but is not affiliated with or endorsed by BTS, BigHit Entertainment, or Hybe Entertainment in any official way. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from purchasing a zine or any products without parental permission.

By your purchase, you understand that this is a pre-order item. The final product will not be produced until after the order period has ended. Shipping is scheduled for December 2021, but may be subjected to delays due to COVID-19, peak shipping times, or other events. All updates on the zine's production and shipping schedule will be available on the zine's Twitter account after pre-orders close.

Digital sales will be subject to the same conditions, and will be released after physical orders have shipped unless otherwise announced. A link to download the zine will be emailed to the provided address on the order. All emails will come from [email protected]. 

The digital PDF is for personal use only and not authorized for publication, distribution, or other use without the express permission of the zine. Contributors retain the rights and ownership of their original fan works.

Shipping:

All shipping is via USPS and mailed from the United States. Customers will receive a tracking number via email from Bigcartel and/or PayPal. 

Shipping will begin once all products are received from the vendors, typically 4-6 weeks from the end of the pre-order sale. PDFs will be sent via email once shipping begins.

Every effort will be taken in packing to ensure that products arrive undamaged. The zine is not responsible for minor wear and tear that is typical during shipping. If an item arrives severely damaged, please contact the zine with your name, order number, tracking number, and a photo of the damage. Depending on the severity, the mods may work to arrange compensation including a refund or replacement, as available.

Fees:

Buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees or import taxes that may apply. The zine is not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

Refunds/Replacements:

The zine will refund or replace products only if the order was lost or incorrect due to negligence in the package labeling and mailed to an address different than the one provided on the order.

A refund or replacement will not be given due to any of the following:

~change of address without notifying the zine before shipping date
~incorrectly entered shipping address by buyer
~orders damaged by shipping company negligence or during delivery

Any packages returned for insufficient address, unpaid customs, or unclaimed post will be held for two weeks. The buyer agrees to pay additional shipping costs to re-ship packages.

No refund requests will be granted once the sale ends. A refund will only be granted in the event of severly damaged product. If you receive a severely damaged product, DO NOT FILE A PAYPAL CASE. Email the zine and include your name, address, order number, and photo of the product. Please note that the refund may not include PayPal transaction fees.
